This is our sand keffiyeh, a 100cm x 100cm square in 100% cotton with the Palestinian pattern woven into the cloth rather than printed on top of it. It is made on a loom and finished by hand. Woven on a loom, finished by hand

Every scarf is woven on a loom rather than printed, then finished by hand. It is slower than printing, and it is the reason the pattern holds its colour wash after wash. Run your thumb across it and you can feel the weave rather than a surface print.

The Al-Quds script and map are drawn in-house by Bubble Girl, an award-winning British brand named Fashion Business of the Year at the Islam Channel Business Awards 2025.

Worn every day

Light enough for summer, warm enough to layer, and it makes a good gift.

Three ways to wear it

It is a 100cm square, so it folds into a triangle first. Everything else is three steps.

As a head wrap

Fold the square into a triangle and lay the long edge across your forehead.
Take both ends behind your head, cross them over, and bring them back to the front.
Tuck the ends in at the side, or tie them loosely and let the fringe hang.

At the neck

Fold into a triangle, then roll it down from the long edge into a soft band.
Loop the band once around your neck.
Knot it at the front and spread the fabric so it sits flat.

Over the shoulder

Leave the scarf open and square.
Drape it lengthways over one shoulder so a corner falls at the front.
Even out both sides so the fringe sits level.

How big is it?

100cm by 100cm, square. Large enough to wrap fully, drape over the shoulders, or fold down as a neck scarf.

Is the pattern printed on?

No. It is woven into the cloth on a loom, then hand-finished. That is why the colour holds rather than cracking or fading in the wash.

How do I wash it?

Hand wash only, in cool water. Do not bleach. Cool iron. This matches the care instruction on the product itself.

What is it made from?

100% cotton.

Yes. Every colour we weave is linked from the colour list on this page, and each one is the same cloth, the same size and the same price.

What does UK delivery cost?

Orders of £50 and over are delivered free, in 2 to 3 working days. Below £50, First Class is £4.99 on the same 2 to 3 working days, and a slower 5 working day service is £2.89. Checkout shows every option that applies to your basket before you pay.

What if I want to send it back?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, as long as the scarf is unworn and in its original packaging. Email team@bubblegirl.co and we will send you a return label and instructions.

First of all I cannot express the professionalism with which this business operates, this sister went beyond the extra mile to make sure my order was delivered to me personally, I can’t express my gratitude, absolutely first class! For the sister who owns the business may Allah SWT reward her immensely as her hijabs have made my daughters much more confident in wearing it as she is providing an alternative to the usual one or two piece we all start of with, her hijabs are great quality and easy wear even for the little ones. I bought the Fitwrap Hijab for my girls and they love it. The material is super soft and breathable, which is perfect for all their activities, whether at school, sports practice, or just playing outside. The scarf stays in place really well so they don’t have to keep adjusting it.

Mint keffyieh

My beautiful mint keffiyeh arrived. It's beautiful! It took a long time to be shipped and i had to pay taxes on top of the price because it came from the UK and I am in the EU...So, it ended up being way more expensive. When you order yours, keep this in mind. Still, I think it was worth every euro. Oh, and it has an embroidered map of palestine!

It’s a beautiful bag and I have received so many compliments. The only reason I don’t give it a 5 star is because the strap doesn’t have the same print (but it is the same colours) and also there was a small stain on the strap.
