How she puts it on

1. Hold it open at the neck and pull it on over the head, like a hood.

Questions parents ask

Does it need pins? No. It goes on as one piece and holds its own shape. The buttons at the back are there to tighten it for sport, not to hold it closed.

Will it stay put during PE? Yes. The jersey has four way stretch and fits close to the head, and the back buttons pull it in for running and jumping.

What age is it for? Girls from age 4 upwards. It is one size and it fits adults too.

Is it right for a brown school uniform? Cocoa Crumble is a plain, deep brown with no pattern and no logo, which is what schools with brown or neutral uniforms usually ask for. Check your school's uniform policy if you are unsure.

How do I wash it? Machine wash cool inside a laundry bag and dry flat. It does not need ironing.

If your order includes a preorder item, please note that the shipping times outlined above will commence once the item has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase. The estimated dispatch date for preorder items will be provided on the product page or communicated to you via email. Any in-stock items ordered alongside a preorder item will be shipped together when the preorder item becomes available, unless you place separate orders.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
